Ingredients: All Purpose flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, orange rind, lemon rind, almonds, dark rum

Caution: this product contains alcohol, used during the preparation process. It is up to anyone's own discretion to consume. During the baking process the alcohol is being cooked out but may contain traces of it.
