ABOUT US

 Traditions
Born and raised with family traditions of my native country Germany. I had the opportunity to travel and taste different cuisines throughout Europe before embarking to the USA.
Here I started my professional career studying Culinary Arts, and during my studies, I became to realize that my love for food and cooking been with me my entire life.

Traditions are there to share so they won’t be forgotten, allow me to share some of mine…

Taste

Everything has to be in balance and harmony.

As in nature that applies for the method of preparing good food as well.

I’m striving to select the freshest and best ingredients for my desserts, and I like to bring that experience onto your table.

Love

My grandma had a great big kitchen, I remember it like it was yesterday.

Her countertops seemed to be endless and way too high to reach. She always was on her feet in her kitchen cooking or baking. In her parlor, where she used to entertain company, she would keep her baked goods on a big table for all of us to graze from. As a young girl I spent hours on hours with her. “Watch me first, before it's your turn.” she used to exclaim.  My very first cake I baked all on my own, was a “Donauwelle” “Schneewitchenkuchen”.  It was a birthday cake for my dad, I will never forget how happy and proud it made me feel.
